This chia pudding is our absolute breakfast staple! It's so deliciously creamy and satisfying that I can't imagine my morning without it. Add your favorite fruit, nuts, a drizzle of honey or a dash of cinnamon, and ENJOY!!!

Equipment

  • 1 bowl
  • 1 whisk

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • nuts and fruit of choice
  • a dash of cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Stir together chia seeds and almond milk.
  • Whisk really well and let sit for 10 minutes.
  • Stir again and let sit for another 30 minutes
  • Add your favorite fruit, berries, nuts and seeds.

Notes

I usually add banana, berries, cashews or walnuts, and a dash of cinnamon. You can get really creative as far as add-ons! :)
