This chia pudding is our absolute breakfast staple! It's so deliciously creamy and satisfying that I can't imagine my morning without it. Add your favorite fruit, nuts, a drizzle of honey or a dash of cinnamon, and ENJOY!!!

- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- nuts and fruit of choice
- a dash of cinnamon
Stir together chia seeds and almond milk.
Whisk really well and let sit for 10 minutes.
Stir again and let sit for another 30 minutes
Add your favorite fruit, berries, nuts and seeds.
I usually add banana, berries, cashews or walnuts, and a dash of cinnamon. You can get really creative as far as add-ons! :)
