  • 4 cups spinach
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 avocado
  • 6 cups water
  • 1-2 tbsp chia

  • Blend the ingredients together and enjoy!

  • You don't have to add ice if you are using frozen fruit.
