Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup oats
  • 3/4 cup dates
  • 3/4 cup cashews
  • 1/4 cup cashew butter
  • 3/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

Instructions
 

  • Mix up all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Form the dough into balls.
  • Roll the balls in shredded coconut and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
  • Enjoy the taste of perfection!

Notes

  • Make sure you get high quality organic raw cashew butter - my favorite brand is Artisana. They have the smoothest, most delicious butters, and I couldn't recommend them enough.
