These Crunchy Hazelnut Bites are going to boost your energy in no time! Packed with selenium, copper, magnesium, polyphenols, they are a super nutritious healthy snack. I love having them as a special dessert with a cup of Sencha. :)

  • 1 food processor

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup hazelnuts
  • 3/4 cup Brazil nuts
  • 1/3 cup cashews
  • 3/4 cup dates
  • 1 cup frozen fruit medley
  • 1/3 cup granola
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a food processor.
  • Blend till roughly mixed (doesn't have to be smooth).
  • Shape into balls and freeze for about 2 hours.
  • Enjoy! :)

Notes

  • I like sprinkling the balls with extra granola for a more crunchy texture. Click here to see our favorite brand. Always make sure the granola you get has no added sugar and preservatives.
