This Berry Smoothie has only 3 ingredients, and is such a nice refreshing energy-boosting drink on a hot summer day.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 2 cups organic coconut water

Instructions
 

  • Blend all the ingredients.
  • Sprinkle with hemp seed, walnuts, and a piece of dark chocolate.

Notes

Make sure to add some hemp hearts, flax seeds or chia seeds for extra protein and fat. I also like adding some chopped walnuts! These are the brands that I personally prefer:
The absolute best blender is Vitamix E310 Explorian – this is the one I have, but if you’d like a bigger one, go for Vitamix Ascent
Coconut water shouldn't have any added sugar or anything else. It literally has just 1 ingredient - coconut water! :) You can find pure organic coconut water at your local  Whole Foods. I found really cheap organic coconut water at Marshalls! :) Otherwise, just use filtered water.
