I know what it’s like to have a health crisis and not to know where to start. It took me 5 years to question my beliefs, unlearn what felt like common sense, read a lot of literature on nutrition and lifestyle, and speak to some of the most researched people in the world of wellness. 

I am 37 years old and feel much healthier now than I did at 21 – my body was able to heal from severe endometriosis (abnormal tissue growth outside the uterus), HPV, and chronic yeast infection.

The doctors told me I might never have children, and I proved them wrong by having two healthy pregnancies. The realization that the closer we get to nature, the healthier we become allowed me to regain my health and have the energy I’d never experienced before.

The world we live in is highly toxic. Our food is contaminated with pesticides, herbicides and other …cides, junk food has been normalized and somehow is still legal, the air and water are both extremely polluted, the clothes we wear are made of synthetic material that shed toxic particles, plastic is everywhere, we hardly move our bodies and spend time in nature, our stress levels are higher than ever..

My approach and wellness philosophy revolve around education, strategy and discipline. I will absolutely meet you where you are and help you craft personalized strategies to sustain improvements in your health.

I make sure we cover all bases to establish a foundation for long-term health.
