Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 8 dates pitted
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 cup hemp hearts

Instructions
 

  • Mix up all the ingredients (except for hemp hearts) in a blender.
  • Shape the dough into balls.
  • Roll them in hemp hearts or shredded coconut.
  • Freeze for 30 minutes and enjoy!
