
These Raspberry Energy Balls are both tasty and nutritious. They are a perfect healthy snack or dessert that will satisfy the most picky eater!
Equipment
- blender
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 8 dates pitted
- a pinch of salt
- 1 cup hemp hearts
Instructions
- Mix up all the ingredients (except for hemp hearts) in a blender.
- Shape the dough into balls.
- Roll them in hemp hearts or shredded coconut.
- Freeze for 30 minutes and enjoy!
