
This delicious Spinach Banana Smoothie will quickly pick you up when you need a little boost. It has a strong fruity taste – a great way to get those leafy greens down!

- 4 cups spinach
- 2 cups frozen pineapple
- 2 bananas
- 1 avocado
- 6 cups water
- 1-2 tbsp chia
