
This home-made hummus is perfectly matched with veggies as a healthy appetizer or snack. I also love using it as a nutritious spread for sandwiches or tortillas. Drizzle some olive oil, sprinkle with fresh herbs, and enjoyyyy!

Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chickpeas
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 4 garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp olive oil cold-pressed, extra virgin
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 8 tbsp cold water
Instructions
- Boil chickpeas till completely cooked.
- Place all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend till smooth and creamy!
- Top with extra olive oil, paprika, or chopped parsley.
