
These energy balls are amazing for a quick nutritious snack. If you are super busy with work, kids, or both, they are going to be a life saver. I also love having them as a post-workout snack to replenish calories and get that essential fuel from carbohydrates and healthy fat.
Equipment
- 1 blender
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 oats
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 bar dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 4 dates
Instructions
- Mix up all the ingredients in a blender.
- Roll into balls.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes for best results.

- Always buy organic raw almonds, and nuts in general!
