- 1 blender
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 3/4 cup dates
- 3/4 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup cashew butter
- 3/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
Instructions
- Mix up all the ingredients in a blender.
- Form the dough into balls.
- Roll the balls in shredded coconut and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
- Enjoy the taste of perfection!

- Make sure you get high quality organic raw cashew butter – my favorite brand is Artisana. They have the smoothest, most delicious butters, and I couldn’t recommend them enough.
