
These Crunchy Hazelnut Bites are going to boost your energy in no time! Packed with selenium, copper, magnesium, polyphenols, they are a super nutritious healthy snack. I love having them as a special dessert with a cup of Sencha. 🙂
Equipment
- 1 food processor
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup hazelnuts
- 3/4 cup Brazil nuts
- 1/3 cup cashews
- 3/4 cup dates
- 1 cup frozen fruit medley
- 1/3 cup granola
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor.
- Blend till roughly mixed (doesn't have to be smooth).
- Shape into balls and freeze for about 2 hours.
- Enjoy! 🙂
Notes
